I guess pork is the other white meat even though it looks a bit brown. We like eating pork in various ways such as bratwurst and roasts but the house favorite is the Gourmet Club Pork Tenderloin which I also wrote about in Company Pork Tenderloin. Yup we like it that much. Then there is bacon. Period. No recipe required.
