Ah bread, one just can almost live on it alone. In the winter you can find me baking more yeast breads as I like to keep a batch of starter dough in my refrigerator. I am enjoying the book, Artisan Bread in Five Minutes a Day. Great book! The dough makes a beautiful loaf everytime. Banana Bread is a family favorite which I have to make every few weeks or there will be a revolt at my house.
