Beef

Versitile Beef. From roasts to patties, beef makes a nice presentation every time. That is if you eat meat. I would have to say that the Carne en Palitos are my favorite closely followed by a good old fasioned Cheese Steak sandwich. Oh and by the way, my meatballs will be the best you have ever eaten. Perfect with spaghetti or in Italian Wedding Soup, you will love my Italian Meatballs. Be sure to have some breath mints, though. Mangia!

Hey Theresa,
I get mine from Trader Joe's. It's all seasoned and just needs warming, or I stick mine in a pot of water and set on low for 2 hours. I keep it simple!
